Assuming no unforeseeable Covid constraints for 3 person/team and shotgun start

• 10.30am

  - Commence registration

• 11.50am              

  - Teams commence locating to allotted tees for shotgun start

• 12.00pm               

  - Teams hitting off early on par 5 fairways to start

• 12.00pm to 4.00pm   

  - Playing golf

  - Drinks etc made available from cart/s traversing course

  - Food from BBQ stations around course

• 4.30pm     

  - Socialising

  - Check scorecards

• 4.30pm to 5.00pm     

  - Presentations to winners

  - Auction of sponsor supplied goods and services
